Our marketing strategy for your property consists of various mediums, we initially place a For Lease board at the front of the property, in addition the property is listed on 10 internet sites, including but not limited to Realestate.com.au, realestateview.com.au, Domain.com.au, rent.com.au and our website at Bowmanandcompany.com.au. We also place your property on our Open for Inspection schedule which is available for collection from our office.
In addition we are showing initiative over other agents, in providing the service to tenants, to work with them in finding their ideal home. We have an extensive database of potential, highly recommended tenants who are currently seeking rental properties in our local market. We cross match the tenants for relevant properties and contact them when a suitable property becomes available. This is a service which we have implemented to help reduce the vacancy rates, as we do not sit and wait for tenants to find the property, we actually bring the property to the tenants.
Our aim is to potentially lease your investment long before advertising commences on the internet. This service reduces vacancy rates, ensuring that your property is only vacant for a minimal period and allowing for maximum return, which is what you want as an investor
Finally we conduct open for inspections on our rental properties every Wednesday and Saturday, until such time as a suitable tenant is found. We still offer the boutique style service to our tenants, allowing them to come to inspections without having to go through the tedious task of registering first, while our competitors are making it difficult for tenants to view properties. We also understand that people are busy and sometimes can not make the opens, so therefore we are happy to conduct private inspections, to suit the tenants and landlords.)
