If you are looking for an agent who really cares about achieving your goals, has the experience and market knowledge to deliver, and a passion to succeed no matter how difficult the challenge, then you won’t be disappointed.

Introducing Campbell and Sue Potts

Campbell and Sue Potts are a formidable real estate team but like all things it took time to get to their current position.

They first met at Melbourne University in 1980 where they were both studying to complete a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Once completed both were employed in the Chartered Accounting industry.

Sue left Chartered Accounting and progressed to become a senior executive in a large multinational organization. At the same time she completed an MBA at the Melbourne University Business School, the youngest to ever achieve this qualification. Sue then went on to hold senior roles including a three year relocation to the head office in Europe.

Campbell qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG Peat Marwick, but after 7 years in this role his passion for property lead him to pursue a career in the premium Melbourne residential market with Collins Simms Pty Ltd the market leader at the time in the Hawthorn, Kew, and inner city markets of Fitzroy, Carlton, Clifton Hill and Parkville.

The Collins Simms organisation is now marketed under the Marshall White brand.

Campbell has been awarded numerous sales awards including the Sales Person of the Year with Collins Simms in 2003/4 for the most properties sold and listed.

Both Campbell and Sue are fully licensed Real Estate Agents.

In 2005 Campbell and Sue relocated to Point Lonsdale where they and their family have owned property for many years.

Their goal was to establish the Kerleys Coastal Real Estate Ocean Grove office. This office was most successful with an average 25% market share and over 630 properties sold. Sue and Campbell personally handled each of these sales.

In 2013 Campbell sold his interest in the Kerleys brand to establish his own real estate company through the campbell potts brand.
.
The main reason motivating this change was to allow Campbell and Sue to offer a more flexible service to their clients employing the high standards of real estate practice learned in their 20 plus years in Melbourne. They have created an exciting new business model employing state of the art IT and buyer tracking systems to ensure every opportunity is maximized for their clients.

Since the launch of campbell potts, Campbell and Sue have been overwhelmed by the demand for their services. They have listed and sold many properties ranging in price from $150000 to in excess of $2000000.

Marketing Plan
The key channel to market is the internet. This is supported by our existing large database of buyers.

Our approach is to develop a high quality marketing campaign for each property ensuring the right aspects of the property are highlighted to the buyers to maximise the end sales price for each vendor.

We work closely with buyers looking to buy in the area to make sure our properties are on their selection list.

Attention to detail and a passion for outstanding customer service, mean we achieve better results for our clients compared to larger agencies where the volume of transactions and higher staff numbers make it difficult to ensure quality outcomes for every vendor.

To Campbell and Sue, every vendor matters and they work to ensure every vendor achieves an outstanding result.
