Selling Your Property in the Gold Coast Market
When you sell a property in today's market my advice is to not put a price on it- invite offers - spark the curiosity. When prospective buyers enquire, you give them a guideline on where you believe the property is placed and where the owners might consider selling. eg: the owners are expecting in the mid $400k range etc
This way you have made contact with the buyers and have "started the conversation" and can negotiate from that point. The market really dictates the price, but the process does work and generally leads to multiple offers. Please remember - you will always be in control - and can accept or reject any offer - I act for you.
There is no good or bad time to list a property, it's get it listed and effectively marketed and gauge the feedback, from this feedback you can make your own decisions in selling or hold on.
