Current market conditions favor an auction campaign with many of our properties being sold before auction day.

An auction campaign runs for 6 weeks. The first week is utilized for photos and preparing the property for market. We have a specialist style consultant who prepares our feature homes which if you choose to use will be advantageous in ensuring every detail is attended to.
