Our Experienced Property Managers
To be employed with Jellis Craig and to ensure our brand and reputation is upheld, our property managers must have a minimum of 4 years property management experience. Many of our managers have between 7 – 18 years property management experience, therefore ensuring your property is always in experienced expert care.
Three Monthly Inspections
We ensure a 3 monthly inspection is undertaken after all our tenants move in, rather than the industry standard 6 -12 months. This initial 3 month inspection helps proactively identify any potential problems before they arise. We will prepare a written report with photos of any areas of concern.
Annual Rental Reviews

Strict Arrears Procedures
Our office has developed an extremely strict arrears policy to assist with ensuring tenants pay their monthly rental on time each and every month, therefore keeping rental arrears to an absolute minimum, far below market averages.
Utility connections arranged by ‘Direct Connect’ ensure connection of all services (gas, electricity, internet, water and telephone) for our tenants. This service is free of charge and many clients have remarked on the time saved and the ease of using this service. Jellis Craig arranges connection of the tenants water usage assuming the property is separately metered to ensure a smooth transition when your property is leased.
Our experienced and tested tradespeople offer a high standard of service and can be competitive with rates due to the high volume of work they are provided with. We have very strict procedures and ensure we only use tradespeople who have signed a contractor agreement outlining our requirements and provide us with a current public liability insurance certificate, ensuring the safety and protection of your tenants and asset.
