In terms of feedback, I like the fact this his offsider is female, (Amy) – softens the interactions and she will be a good meet and greet person for prospective buyers. All the other agents were male and all had male offsiders – too much testosterone in the room!!

I told Costa the other day (at our second meeting) that he was just the first RE agent that had actually asked me an open question (only one mind you), but every other agent had just used the machine gun scatter approach of launching into their sales pitch, without asking me a question.
