Our Auction campaigns run for 6 weeks. We would run weekly open homes each Saturday. Each week you will be provided with verbal feedback and receive a detailed Auction Report showing all activity including pricing feedback. We put a price guide on our auction properties which aids in generating maximum interest and inspections therefor creating competition and urgency amongst buyers and allowing us to force the price up. We monitor buyer activity very closely and should we not have sufficient interest at a suitable level we can pull the property from auction and list it Private Treaty. There is no extra cost involved as Craig Hadfield is our auctioneer and does not charge.
