I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know about the great experience I have just had with Damian in the sale of my property.

There were a few aspects of the relationship that stood out for me:

Firstly, Damian and I discussed a price up front that we believed was achievable. In my experience, agents are rarely honest in this regard, and I have been disappointed in the past. Damian and I discussed a range, and the sale price was at the top end of that range.

Secondly, Damian kept me informed promptly at every step of the sales process, by phone, SMS and email. It was easy to keep track of what was happening.

Finally, Damian did things that went beyond my expectations through the sale. For example, I had some demanding tenants in the property, and Damian personally helped them to move some boxes out of the unit so that it remained presentable. 2. I liked his personality - friendly, open, caring and not too pushy or arrogant - I wanted the
prospective buyers of my property to not be put off by a pushy "salesman" and liked that Damian
would be the ''face'' of the property.
