NO FRANCHISE FEES
If you list with an agent who’s part of a franchise, up to $1,000 or more of your money that you pay in commission gets siphoned off in franchise fees.

NO LOCKED LONG TERM CONTRACTS
We don’t make you sign up for 90-120 day listing agreements (with no “out” provision) and then make you give 30 days notice if you want to terminate the agreement.
Most agents will lock you in to a 90-120 day agreement to sell your property. At Gilbert Real Estate, we ask you to engage us for a 90 day period. If, at any time during that period you are not happy with any aspect of our marketing or service to you, you are free to terminate the agreement with immediate effect, with no cost or penalty to you.

We acknowledge and respect that when it comes time to negotiating a sale on your property, we are dealing with your money.
We see it as imperative to have a high level of negotiation skills, otherwise you may not achieve the full price that a buyer is willing to pay.
In many cases, the crucial moment of negotiation is not after the offer is made, it is beforehand, when buyers seek to uncover your motivation (read desperation) to sell, to find out how low they can buy your property for. We know the top questions that buyers will ask….
