He has auctioneered at several charity auctions, contributing to raising over $30,000 in charity funds. January 2015 Parry Property in conjunction with a local football club, the Prospect Hawks hosted a family fun evening. The evening was to raise funds for a small boy named Corban, born prematurely at 25 weeks, with ongoing medical conditions. All the proceeds raised were split directly in half and half was donated to Corban and the remaining half to the Prospect Junior Hawks. Activities on the evening included screening on the outdoor cinema, "How to Train Your Dragon 2", Face painting, BBQ, Balloons. All the families had a fantastic time and the adults enjoyed a relaxed evening out.)

The sale options we provide are -
Private Treaty - With a private sale, the owner and the agent agree on a fixed price or a price range. Discussions are conducted with interested parties on behalf of the owner by the agent and when a buyer who is willing to purchase at the agreed price is found, a deposit is paid and the terms of settlement are set. With a private sale a property can sell at any time from the day it is placed on the market.
Public Auction - An Auction is a public sale carried out at an advertised time and place where people interested in purchasing the property bid against each other. Unlike private sales, Auctions have a high degree of emotion as interested parties compete with each other to obtain the property they have set their hearts on owning. The emotive nature of Auctions can often lead to bidders exceeding their pre-determined price limit to secure the property. A property that is advertised for Auction can sometimes be sold before the Auction date if agreed upon by the vendor and your agent, if an acceptable offer has been put forward by a motivated buyer.
Every property which is listed with our company has professional photography, professional video, floor plan, feature as a highlight property on realestate.com.au and is email to our database of potential buyers. Marketing in the Domain lift out guide of the Examiner is option however recommended to combine with the online marketing to reach all potential buyers. We regularly ask buyers where they have heard about the property from and generally 50% come from realestate.com.au and 50% from domain - some of those people combine the both. All our properties are listed on several other internet portals including our own parryproperty.com.au website however our main source of enquiry comes from realestate.com.au and this is why we make your property a highlight property so it is at the top of page (on most occasions) and on page 1 on the search.)
