I have access to the best home stylists in Brisbane and Greater Brisbane. Also I do encourage all of my sellers to have a pest and building inspection completed by one of my Pest and Building Inspectors. The reason for this is in this current market we are seeing buyers use the pest and building report to bargain down the price of properties. So to eliminate that I have my builders do the report, they are qualified builders and do a thorough report. In the report the inspectors write what the problems are if any and what the cost of the repairs will be. This way the purchasers know what needs to be repaired and how much.

With marketing it's crucial to have your property to get as much exposure in the first 45-60 days. We need to cast a commercial fishing net as opposed to dropping a fishing line with no bait in the middle of the ocean and hoping to catch lots of fish. The more buyers through our open homes the more competition... Which means more $$ for your property.
