From here we can provide you with a more detailed market opinion and some recommendations on the best strategy to achieve a premium sale price for your property. As you would know every property is different and in order to achieve a premium price we need to ensure we are marketing your property's best features. Our marketing plans are flexible, tailored to your needs and are designed to attract the maximum number of Buyers for your property.
We will refund you the cost of marketing upon sale which is valued at approximately $5,000 and includes:

- Professional photography, floorplan and site plan if applicable.
- Professional copywriting for all marketing communication
- Premium signboard
- 4 page deluxe brochures
- Just listed flyers highlighting your property to potential buyers

In saying that we may not even have to do a marketing campaign, if you would prefer to do an Off Market sale we can assist you in the following ways:
1) Database - With 27,000+ Buyers on our database we can market firstly to our database and potentially sell for a premium price without going to market.
2) Buyer's Agents - We partner with 60+ buyers Agents Sydney wide. Buyer's Agents buy Off Market properties for their clients, their clients being investors and expats who are financed approved and ready to buy without delay. These clients will pay a premium price to secure an Off Market property.
