I believe that marketing is such an important part of the sales process to ensure that every possible buyer has the chance to view the property, so I make sure that my properties are listed on domain.com.au, realestate.com.au, LJ Hooker's company website, facebook, instagram and wechat etc.

I also provide beautiful open home brochures for our weekly open homes and will also do private inspections for buyers who need to view at a different time. I will invite neighbours with beautiful glossy Open Home invites as they are often your best marketing tool as they already live there and we of course mail out to our large database all the information about all new listings.

To ensure the premium price for every vendor's home, I communicate with you every step of the way with written vendors' reports or weekly phone contact. I'm experienced at working with international and interstate buyers and of course my Chinese language skills are a wonderful asset when dealing with the Asian market.
