Selecting the right method of sale for you and your property is critical and involves many considerations that may ultimately have a strong bearing on the eventual success and sale price.

Stage 1 –Prequalified Buyer Activity
We would initially expose your property to qualified buyers from the Nelson Alexander network, with special preview inspections conducted prior to launching your property onto the open market. These preview inspections are conducted with buyers that have typically missed out on other properties locally or are very keen to find something. They're usually with buyers who are not exclusively looking in your area; rather they're looking at a particular price point.

Stage 2 –Marketing Your Property
If we are unable to secure a sale for you at this stage before going to market, your property will then be listed on the Nelson Alexander website as well as other major real estate industry sites, in conjunction with a print media campaign and the video presentation of your home which is critical in today’s digital age.
During the marketing period we propose to open your property for public inspection twice weekly –on Wednesday/Thursdays and Saturdays. We would also carry out private appointments subject to your approval, with a minimum 24 hours’ notice.
During each ‘Open for Inspection’ we register each person’s name, phone number and comments. This enables us to manage buyer interest during the campaign by following up on all people who have inspected your property. It also affords maximum security.
We maintain a high level of communication with you in respect to potential buyers and you are immediately informed of all developments as they occur. This enables you to make informed decisions on all offers
