- In house Architect & Town Planner - Skyline property is the only real estate office which offers an in-house town planner and architect, this is especially important as most of the area has been rezoned to allow for developments and our town planner can help with creating the most profitable plan for your property including Development Applications in council and architectural designs.
- In house mortage broker - We also offer in house mortgage brokerage services which can help with all loans and especially any buyers who are interested in purchasing your property who do not have loan approval yet. We can help get them financially secure so they can proceed with placing an offer.
- Multiple developers currently working with us, we have been able in many cases to be able to sell properties for premium prices above market value prior to putting it on market due to the contacts we currently have
