Price -

If given the privilege to list and sell your property, I will combine my extensive local area knowledge with the most recent comparable properties for sale and properties that have sold to give you the confidence that the price achievable for your property is realistic and best plan to exceed your price expectations.

Marketing -

With regards to your marketing investment, you will have complete control and the final say. I will customize two or three campaign options for you to choose from. The campaigns options will be small, medium or large and will list the features and benefits so that whichever option you choose, you can have the confidence that every potential buyer has seen the property to make sure the very best price has been achieved.

Method -

When discussing which method will be both right for you, and your property I will speak about the ‘Auction’ method and the ‘For Sale’ method. It is critically important that each method is spoken about (even if you already have a preference) to fully understand why one would be a preferred method for a particular property than the other. Whichever option you choose we'll back you 100%.

Timing -

It is important for me to understand your situation as well as the timeframe in which you would like me to work within. All property sales are different in their own unique way so once I know which direction to take the sale based on your circumstances it will be easy for both vendor and agent to work together for a successful outcome.

Selecting an agent is probably one of the most difficult things to do because you’re going to see a lot of agents who all look and sound very similar and although this is a submission and I don’t have the opportunity yet to sit face to face, it is critically important for you to know what you’re looking for from your agent.
