We had never rented our property through a Real Estate Agent before and, having heard a few horror stories, were a bit nervous about doing so. We were delighted that Helen moved so quickly to inspect the house, provided suggestions to us to enhance the prospects of renting the property (as well as being in compliance with the current regulations) and managed to get model tenants within a week at the top of the market rate. We rang Realmark Premier as we were having problems with our Management Company. Without any fuss or bother Helen advised us as to what to do in our situation to get rid of the agents who weren’t managing the property to our satisfaction.
