Thank you for the opportunity to provide you with an outline of our Agency. We have both our Greensborough and Ivanhoe offices which works well to give the Vendors of properties on the market a cross section of buyers through out these areas. Both offices work together on all our properties on the market. We have a team of agents with many years in the Real Estate Industry.
Marketing Plan
We do typically prefer to inspect the property prior to making recommendations on marketing as it has become an extremely important aspect of the campaign. Realestate.com.au statistics suggest that 50% of buyers are introduced to the property they purchase via online webpages. This leaves an enormous portion of the potential buying market which may not search the internet. Approximately 30% will come from print media (mainly local paper in our area) and the balance, from all other avenues including, our database, property boards, etc.
In regards to method of sale, the Auction method, although quite stressful, is not your only option. You also have the Private Sale and or Set Sale or Expressions of Interest methods. We would base our recommendation on the property itself and your motivation to determine what we feel will be the method which secures you the best possible result. You as the owner, have to be comfortable with the process selected, therefore in discussions we will explain all methods with you in further detail.
