Exchange Property Sales and Management is a boutique agency in the heart of Sydney’s inner west. Our agency was established over 20 years ago and today comprises a dynamic team that is professional, approachable and importantly, experts at managing property transactions.

We work with clients to buy, sell and rent residential and commercial properties in Sydney's Inner West suburbs.

With an eye for detail and integrity at the heart of everything we do, you can rest assured the service and advice you receive from the Exchange team will be honest and tailored to meet your needs.

Marketing Plan

I would love the opportunity to meet with you and learn more about your plans while we outline our strategies to achieve the best outcome when selling your home or investment property.

Here’s how we will work with you:

Step 1
The Exchange team researches your local property market and your home. At our first meeting, we walk through your home with you, making recommendations on how you can present it in the best possible way. We discuss real estate advertising options and advise you on the best approach for selling your home.

Step 2
At our next meeting, we discuss and agree on pricing as well as the triggers for adjustments throughout your campaign. At this time, we ask you to sign an agency agreement.

Step 3
Your property gets photographed by a professional photographer, advertisements are created by a designer and published in print and on websites. Property signage gets installed to maximise impact.

Step 4
Your home will be open for inspection and your assigned property agent will begin building
relationships with potential buyers. At this stage we monitor buyer interest, keep
you informed of feedback and recommend any adjustments that may need to be made to the
anticipated price.

Step 5
During the first two weeks of the campaign, we focus on following up inspections, determining serious prospects and providing them with further information. In the final week of the sales campaign, we help interested buyers prepare for the auction, ensuring they know what to expect and are ready to make the purchase.

Step 6
On the day of the auction, we meet with you and the auctioneer to discuss and agree on the vendor bid, if required. Additionally, we talk to each of the prospective buyers and be ready to assist them during the auction of your property.

Step 7
If your property does not sell at auction, we facilitate a negotiation between you and the most likely buyer to determine the highest price for your property. The aim is to have a sales contract signed on the day.

BTW... although I haven't dealt with you before, I get really great service every time I deal with Ian and the whole team at Exchange.

I'm not sure if the landlord ever wants feedback, but you guys are easily the best agency I have dealt with and I would be very happy to give that feedback to the landlord.
