We appointed Marc from Liberty Property Services to sell our investment property located at 14/127 Banksia St, Botany
We wanted to sell but didn't need to, which made Marc's recommend Private Treaty campaign appealing. Not only was it cost effective, but also it was much less stressful than an Auction environment.
It was a difficult time to sell as the building our apartment was located in had several unresolved building defects and home owner's warranty issues. Several apartments within the complex were for sale for many months and the prices achieved reflected that.
Marc sold the apartment in July and despite some nervousness from the purchasers (due to the defects), Marc's experience and professionalism got the deal sealed. The price he achieved was also $21,000 more than what a similar apartment achieved at the same time.
