- Rental Sign Board at the front of the property
- Property is displayed in our shop window on the busy Wynnum Road
Once a tenant is approved, we do a detailed Entry Report on the property. This includes a written report and photographs (generally 300 - 400 photos). This report is used as the guide throughout the tenancy and on exit to monitor/establish property damage.
We ensure that the property is returned to it's original condition so that the property can be re-rented with ease (low vacancies, without rent) and the property holds it's value (not accumulating damage, saving thousands).
