We are flexible with the amount we charge; however, we generally charge 2.5%. The reason we can offer this lower rate is due to having lower agency costs and thus being able to pass on the savings.
We pride ourselves on how we market our properties for sale. We only place our properties in premier placements on the major real estate websites plus we also ensure exposure on most other smaller websites and social media outlets. We use high quality photography and include floorplans as a standard on all our properties. We can also, at an additional cost, organise drone photography, video presentation and 3d floorplans.
The standard cost for our advertising pack is between $1,200-$1,500, depending on property location. Other agencies offering almost identical advertising packs can be as high as $4,000.
There are no hidden costs and you will not be penalised for electing to pay at settlement.
We believe the agent/client relationship is the most important factor when selling. The best way we explain it is like being married. You have signed an agreement to sell and it is critical that the first time round you get it right. Ultimately it could cost you thousands of dollars and time on market can be blown out if the relationship is not a good fit.
