In July 2007 Jol Daly and Danny Bernar opened Daly & Bernar Real Estate having worked in the Epping area since 1999.

As the Principal of the Agency, I ensure that all our landlords are available to contact me at any time. I work very closely with our property management team. We are able to show our rental properties 6 days a week in most cases unlike most systems which only allow 15 minutes on a Saturday. Therefore our vacancy rate is virtually nil and the quality of our tenants is outstanding.
At daly & bernar we strongly believe in minimising expense and maximising return. For this reason, we do not believe that spending thousands of dollars on vendor paid advertising in print media (local paper) is the smart way to go. This is a great way to promote the agency using the vendors money but it doesn't attract buyers. In this day and age, the internet is the most cost effective marketing tool by far.
Our marketing campaign consists of several real estate websites, a for sale sign and most importantly, a huge database of buyers that receive notification of our properties as soon as they go on the market. 90% of our buyers come from the Asian market.
We also have our home finder search the streets surrounding the sale property, looking for a heart buyer through door knocking and delivering brochures.
The cost for our marketing package including all of the above plus photography and floor plan is $3,300.00. This is only paid, once the property has been sold and our vendors are happy.
