I believe selling is about building relationships based around trust. Owners need to feel confident with their Agent and trust that they are working in their best interest and that the information and feedback they are given is both accurate and honest.
Building relationships with Potential Buyers is also vital, as we become more and more reliant on technology and internet marketing the time spent between a Buyer and the Agent is much less than it was even 10 years ago. This make this time even more important, rapport and trust needs to be built very quickly otherwise Buyers may become ostracised and put off the property.
When it comes to marketing a property there are certain things that work and others that don't depending on the specific property, it is also important to look at the budget of the individuals and tailored expenses to each owners needs focusing on achieving the most efficient use of marketing budget in the best interest of the Owner.

Over the past year my wife and I have purchased and sold four properties so far with Keith English, and have had fantastic experiences with them all. We first met Keith English (lead sales guru) in the block where we had two investment properties.

This property was a big one for us, and the professionalism that Keith provided was outstanding. With fantastic tenants in place, managed by Keith until we finally were ready to move into as our family home.
We are again looking to find another investment property. Our experience so far with Keith English & Associates has been professional, vibrant and great.
