We are not a traditional real estate agency with a sales team, we are highly experienced residential property investment specialists - where our Owner/Director of the business is working daily with our Investors.

Our small team of 2, have ample local market knowledge with a combined 30 years experience in the industry. We cap the number of properties managed per Asset Manager to a maximum of 100 properties. You can be assured that with our knowledge of the area and experience in the marketplace that your investment property is rented at the best possible price, with the most qualified tenant, in the shortest possible time period - ultimately saving you money.

We use advanced technology including streamlined systems, 24/7 online portal access for landlords and tenants, video tours & multiple tenancy check databases. Our goal is to maximise the rental return for investors, to assist clients purchasing an investment property, and educate them how to attract the best tenant, provide knowledge on the local market area, all whilst improving their financial wealth through property investing.

Marketing Plan

At The Leasing Network we have 3 package options for Marketing and Promotion of your Property. We ensure that your property will be presented to the market with a comprehensive marketing campaign, using professional photography to promote your property to the maximum potential, along with informative and descriptive inclusions and features of the property. We use high Exposure For Lease Boards, “Premium” Internet Advertising, on several real estate website portals, as well as in house through our rental lists, our tenant database and network. We can offer additional services such as floor plans and interactive video tours.

Our approach to Renting/Leasing is to assist, educate and guide you into preparing your Investment Property for Lease. We offer an Investor Support Service for clients that are looking to purchase an Investment Property and can inform you about the local area market knowledge, our top tips on how to attract the best quality tenants, and complete a Market Rental Analysis to identify the current market rents achieved and trends occurring before any Marketing and Promotion commences, putting you in the best position to ensure we maximise the rental return from the very beginning.
