Marketing Plan
I like to meet with my Property Owners to learn their ambitions, expectations and time frame for making their move. After consideration of the current market, including supply and demand, and presentation of the home, a plan of approach is determined in line with the sellers expectations is designed.

Selling a home, most often the most valuable asset of the owner can be a stressful and uncertain time. So it is important at the outset for the owner to be confident that can have complete trust and know they can rely on me to attract the buyers, negotiate the best possible price and close the deal and then move to their next life chapter.

A sign, which is your 24-hour a day sales man will be placed on the property and the property will be posted on line, free of charge with photographs and inspection times. We strongly encourage you to have professional photographs taken.

I conduct Saturday and Mid-Week Open homes and Sunday’s if this is the best time for the buyer, after which I call the owner. After following up of the buyers I email a written report. Communication is so important. Letter box dropping around the property to attracts your neighbours as they love where they live and want their family and friends to enjoy their suburb. My goal is to achieve the highest possible price, as efficiently as possible.
