There are only four legal ways of selling Real Estate in South Australia and they are as follows; Private treaty (place an asking price or price range for the property), Auction, Tender (normally reserved for commercial properties) and "Registration of Interest" (a best offer scenario). Each of these methods of sale have their own marketing strategies. The journey we took was risky and for success, relied on the sale of the two new residences at the rear of our property to finance the redevelopment of our property that included our new two storey home that was achieved by Kris who managed to sell one residence off the plan and the other a few days after the settlement of the first one.
That meant we were able to move into our new home on the 9th of Dec with settlement having been achieved on the first one in November and the second one in December 2014 prior to Christmas that was our desired end date.
As you can see above we rate Kris right up there regarding his skills but there is more than that, our journey also evolved into a personal friendship with Kris that I'm sure could and will do more into the future.
