Leasing Process
We recognise the importance of sourcing and selecting the best tenants for your property. We use a variety of cost effective advertising procedures to gain maximum exposure for your property. The internet is an excellent source for tenants, and we work with all the major websites and include digital photographs to ensure your property is seen! We use a specific inspection program that allows for tenants to pick times that suit them, they register and we then have a complete record of who is attending your property, this allows for continued follow up. During open homes and private inspections, our team can informally interview prospective tenants.

Application Process
If interested, prospective tenants are required to complete a very detailed Application Form providing references, which we thoroughly check. Applications are processed within 24-48 hours depending on availability of references. Final selection of the most suitable tenant is at YOUR discretion, based upon our property manager's advice and recommendation.

Once you have approved a suitable applicant, we ask for the deposit of 2 weeks rent to be paid within 24 hours and we arrange for the Tenancy Agreement with any special conditions required to be signed, this is another great way to make sure the new tenants understand our expectations moving forward! Bond of 4 weeks is payable and then lodged with the Residential Tenancy Authority until released.
