I myself and the entire LJ Hooker Broadwater team are managed and directed by Danny Malone, a Principal with more than 20 years experience in Real Estate on the Northern Gold Coast; who's primary focus is the success of his sales team and building lasting relationships with clients by providing them with exceptional service and great results - a company standard well maintained by all within the office.

Danny Malone is an award winning Auctioneer and offers a hand held approach to all clients throughout an Auction campaign, ultimately ensuring that the Auction process is both stress free and successful. As such, when you engage my services you are immediately engaging the business owner.

Although we find that an Auction approach achieves excellent results for many properties we don't assume that the process is ideal for all properties or clients, as such, we review each property and each sellers requirements thoroughly before presenting them with a course of action that best suits them in achieving a successful sale.

We engage only the very best professional photographers who are highly skilled and have years of experience within the Real Estate industry, this is often a key factor in making a great first and a truly lasting impression of buyers. Property signboards are also recommended, as they serve as the 24hr advertisement and often engage buyers who aren't actively 'looking' for a property - these are usually locals in the area and those who are looking to make a move to the area but aren't overly familiar with suburbs and may have missed the property listing online.

Additional to all online marketing we offer regular listing exposure to our LJ Hooker database, which is ever-growing and composed of just over 57% buyers - this a service we provide at no extra cost to all of our clients.

Stepping outside the standard advertising portals, I subscribe to 'B4' which is an national online database of buyers who subscribe exclusively to receive 'new property' updates prior to a property being advertised online, the 'updates' are tailored to what that buyer is looking for and a notification is sent to their phone the moment it's uploaded to the 'app' - there are more than 32,000 buyers registered Australia wide and expansion to NZ is currently in progress.
