We support many local charity functions, including Cancer Foundation, Give Me Five For Kids and many more. Within our office, there is over 50 years of experience and each of us live locally and have hands on knowledge of what is happening within the community.
Every agent is an individual and as such should have their own Point of Difference. I firmly believe that each home and circumstance needs to be taken into consideration when marketing the property and the approach to selling the home needs to be discussed with the owners.
I tailor make each marketing strategy to match their home and their situation. For referrals or repeat clients I do discount my commission as a way of giving back. I offer a very different marketing plan compared to other agencies and will talk to each individual client in relation to their home. As I deal with acreage, residential, units and retirement villages, not one method works for all. I look forward to discussing my way with each prospective home owner and show them why I am successful and have been for numerous years. I still love my career and enjoy the challenge of getting my owners the most money that I can.
