I have found the best way to achieve the highest price in the shortest time frame is by running a closing date sale campaign. It’s like a cross between an auction and private sale but the buyers can be subject to finance (the majority of contracts we put together are subject to finance) and it creates fear of missing out amongst the buyers and drives up the price because it has a time and date, a call to action.
