1. Complete a full rental comparative market appraisal to determine the current rental market value.
* When assessing the rental value of a property, we take into account factors that assist in leasing your property promptly. This includes comparison of similar properties, dwelling/land size, dwelling design, local infrastructure, current vacancies and market trends.
* Obtaining a realistic rental value ensures that the property is let as quickly as possible for a better financial return on your investment.

2. Advertise your property on Australia's No. 1 Real Estate Website - with a full photo gallery.

3. Present a 'FOR RENT' sign at the front of your property for prospective passer-by renters.

4. Conduct unlimited open inspections 7 days per week, to accommodate prospective applicant’s busy/working lifestyles.

5. Close monitoring of enquiry level received from advertising (internet, signs) and provide regular feedback and updates, to you, the Landlord.

6. 24 hour processing and approval of Application for Tenancy (pending all requirements have been received and met by the Applicant))
