Every property is different and in saying this, the method of sale will be recommended once we have viewed the property.

Sometimes it's a vendor's personal choice when making this decision as some sellers find the process of auctioning to be very stressful and other prefer the hype of an auction.


Inspections are generally undertaken twice a week as set inspections. Saturdays is the most important and a mid week inspection either during the day or after hours depending on the area and property. We undertake a 30 minute inspection of the premises which is more than adequate when selling a home. Private inspections will also be given to those who cannot make the set inspections provided you are agreeable to this.


We are strong on providing you the feedback once an inspection has been undertaken. We believe that the vendor should be informed at all times of what the purchasers are saying in order to understand the market place and the worth of their property. We leave buyers comments after the inspection followed up by a phone call to the vendor to inform them of the market conditions of what buyers think of their properties.
