Set Price
Some vendors prefer a ‘Private Treaty’ sale method where the property is offered for sale with an asking price. This type of sale provides the buyers with a bench mark to judge the property by and allows room for negotiation between the purchasers and the sellers to realise the expected selling price.

Negotiable Range
The negotiable range sale allows the property to be offered with a price range. Setting parameters for the buyers to operate between. This method allows negotiation between the buyer and the seller to ensure a satisfactory result and to help realise the expected selling price.
