Selling this property was very difficult for me, as it was my first residence in Australia when I relocated from Hong Kong. Matthew was very sympathetic about this and walked me through the process step by step. Matthew worked hard to achieve a premium sale price by advertising the property by auction then selling it in a closed tender style process when none of the buyers wanted to go to auction.
