I have recently sold my apartment in Campbell Street, Surry Hills.
Darren Church / Campbell St Surry Hills
I initially approached two estate agents, who subsequently came to meet me and appraise my property. Both agents required upfront fees for the marketing side of the sale process , these fees were quite substantial and at the time I was not in a position to sign a contract with them straight away, so immediately the process of selling became somewhat more stressful than I anticipated. I actually lost two weeks of sale time because of this , the agents in question were unwilling to take the fees out at settlement, even though my property holds substantial equity in my favor.
After approaching Oxford Realty, I had the pleasure of speaking with Glen Fitzgerald, I explained my predicament and my inability to provide an upfront fee, the two previous agents required, he immediately put my mind at rest and said he could possibly waive this. We made an appointment to meet, appraise my property and discuss the next step
Glen Fitzgerald sold my apartment in Boundary St- one bedroom ground level in just under 2 weeks. His enthusiasm, style and professionalism were unparalleled. Glen ran a great campaign and made it really easy, simnple and pleasant for me to sell my property. His feedback was excellent and I really felt that he was working for me during the whole campaign representing my best interests and involving me in the project at all times, but always managing it so I didn't have to worry about a thing. And... he got me $30,000 more than what I was prepared to sell it for!! Can't ask for more than that.
