We conduct a detailed routine inspection after the first 3 months and then at six monthly intervals and provide you with both a report and photos.

All tenant requests are discussed with you and approval is sought before any work is conducted
We have a zero tolerance policy for rental arrears.
All rental payments are forwarded to you by direct debit and a statement emailed to you at time of disbursement.

We conduct open inspections as well as private inspections 7 days a week optimising the opportunity for qualified tenants to view your property.
