I have a strong focus on keeping my clients very well informed throughout the process, while maintaining contact with all potential buyers during the marketing period.

The key to a successful marketing campaign is building momentum and emotional commitment from buyers right from the start of the marketing campaign and keeping them excited leading up to the time of sale - I believe that this is something I have become very, very successful at over time.

Naturally, the aim is to get the property sold for in the shortest time frame, with the minimum level of stress, at the best possible price, and we encourage all buyers from the very beginning of the marketing campaign to make offers to ensure they don't miss out! Even if offers received are not acceptable to you at the time, they are of huge benefit in gauging a buyer’s interest in the property.

I firmly believe that the ultimate success of the sale process will be determined by the number of genuine enquiries that can be generated for the property - the greater the number of qualified buyers that inspect your home, the higher the degree of competitive pressure, the greater the ultimate result for the you. The quality of the marketing campaign will have a direct impact on these figures.
