This guy does know real estate well, not like others who say they do , he's been an agent out this way for years .
Unfortunately when we dealt with Nigel our circumstances with rental tenants killed the deal.
Nigel was very helpful and genuinely protected both ours and his property owners best interests, a great guy to deal with and have no problem with referring him and Hale real estate.
Was just a shame that when we were ready to buy land he had nothing suitable, as I'm sure our deal would of went better than it did.
