It is important that you are always considering ways to ensure your customers are happy when dealing with your agency; how can you make your customers’ experience better? For example, many agents forget to be polite and to do the right thing by their existing customers because they are too busy chasing after new customers. Calling people back and responding to email enquiries promptly is just one example of being customer focused.
