P.W.N Property Solution was formed for the sole purpose of affording international and local stakeholders in the property investment sector an opportunity to enter the local Brisbane rental market with minimal hurdles. Our 15 years’ experience in the property market means we know what works. As C.E.O I have worked in a few agencies ranging from small boutiques with 150 properties on under my direct management to large conglomerates where I managed up to 455 properties per portfolio
We actively sort out long-term contracts for landlords at a healthy return on investment of up to 5.5%, depending on the location of the property.
Unlike most rental contracts, what we offer comes with;
1. Minimum 1-year lease
2. 4.5% to 5.5% Rental on investment dependant on market forces.
3. Competitive 6 - 7% inc GST management fee.
At PWN Property Solutions, our investors do not pay for what is already mandated in an agency requirement. All our property management functions (i.e. routines, ext and entry reports, and all administration tasks.) are included in our very competitive management fee.
The only other rental fee applicable would be the standard let fee of 1.5 week plus GST, which we take once

we also believe in getting to know the market on the ground, we open our vacant properties everyday at the times that best captures the most potential viewers.
