A born and bred Melbournian and fellow director of Bekdon Richards, Paul has a ready smile and energy to burn. A decade’s worth of real estate experience has far from quenched Paul’s desire to help people achieve their goals and his professionalism and natural enthusiasm is renowned throughout the industry.

Paul’s interest in property actually dates back far earlier. ‘I would regularly attend auctions with my father,’ he says. ‘I loved the mix of people and all of the action leading up to when the hammer fell.’

Fast forward and Paul is now as well known for his personable approach and empathy with clients as his fastidious attention to detail. So what is the secret? ‘Being genuinely interested, providing exceptional service and giving timely and accurate advice allows my clients to make informed decisions,’ he says.

Based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne with his wife Ashleigh, sons Charlie & Mason and beloved chocolate Labrador ‘Gus’, Paul is a keen golfer and loves to travel when circumstances allow.

Open for inspections are generally conducted twice a week and private appointments scheduled for anyone who is unable to attend these inspections.
