Three key agents in the south-eastern pocket of Sydney have proven the strength of the property market, selling two properties before they had opened their new business, Ray White Kensington.
George Faris, Peter Delimitrou and Peter Fotopoulos opened their doors February 2014 to a hive of activity.
“Buyers are motivated - we’re consistently seeing record numbers at open for inspections. Before we had even opened our doors, we sold two properties and have a third going to auction on 1st March,” says Mr Delimitrou.
Opening in Kensington was attractive to the four partners because of its central location.
“Kensington and its surrounding suburbs take advantage of the very best Sydney has to offer. You have some of the best beaches in the world on your doorstep as well as the convenience of being in such close proximity to the City,” says Mr Faris.
Having more than 60 yearsof combined experience in the Kensington and surrounding property market, the partnership is confident it can deliver results to the local community.
