3) Finally I would recommend that you advertise the property in the ‘Domain’ (print media). This is delivered weekly with the Leader paper and is delivered to every resident in the St George area. This will also help maximise complete exposure of your property creating enquiry which leads to competition and eventually leading to the best possibly sale price.
