The Newspaper advertising and the database cover the local market. from our records statistically 9 out of 10 buyers live within 1 hours drive of the Sunshine Coast.

We would like to offer you 2 ways to market the property for sale, either by way of a list price or by way of an Auction. The later provides an unconditional option to buy, thus alleviating a number of special conditions including finance and building inspection and also takes away price. So if 2 people wish to buy the property you might get a higher price than you expected. With Auctions our track record is that about 40% sell on the day so you get your money in 30 days, 45% sell within 5-8 weeks after Auction day and 15% don't sell at all because the market considers the price to be too high.
