Send out just listed in the area highlighting that the unit is on the market.
Send out photos and details on social media and to the large Harcourt’s data base of buyers.
Have all Harcourt’s agents coming through the home to see if they have any buyers on their data base.
Launch on all Premium internet sites on the Wednesday.
Start conducting buyer inspections.
Arrange open home on the Friday and Saturday. Have the times loaded on the internet to flag to buyers.
Week two activity
Book mercury open home adds for the Thursday guide and book in open home on the Friday and Saturday.
Conduct open home on the Saturday steering as many buyers to the open home as possible to generate competition and start getting offers.
Week Three activity
• Buyer follows up of all inspections in an attempt to ensure all options are exhausted.
• Present all offers.
• If required may conduct more inspections and another open home
