All visitors to your property will have their name and phone number recorded and we will follow you up with feedback from each open home.

Our process is proven and backed up by our track record. After each open home we contact the buyers asking them their feedback and what they liked and disliked about the property. We then ascertain if they are interested to put an offer. Once we have an offer we start negotiation on the price and see where we can add value by explaining the features that the property has and the market update in the area.
