All Properties Managed by Think are entitled to free Professional Photography of your property to ensure your property advertisement is of the highest quality when paired with our carefully written ad copy.
We will commence advertising on the property immediately and place a For Lease Board in front of the property (providing it is permitted by the body corp where applicable) at no charge to the landlord for the first letting. Our properties are advertised online through all the major real estate portals inclusive of realestate.com.au, rent.com.au, The Homepage, Homely.com just to name a few.
We will commence holding a minimum of 3 public open for inspections per week, altering the times to accommodate the differing work commitments of all prospective tenants. We also understand that public OFI times doe not suit the needs of all prospective tenants and are happy to schedule private appointments accordingly. All prospective tenants who attend our open for inspections are given a full colour brochure of the property including photographs, descriptions, pricing and inclusions to ensure that your property is the one that they remember after a busy day of attending open for inspections.
