Periodically, I had reservations about selling our home but Robert always provided me with the confidence to continue. “We have an effective plan,” Robert would say. “ I will sell your home for you” Robert sold it for what I believe was a very fair price.
Even in a sellers’ market, expertise is needed to successfully sell a home and expertise is what Robert exuded. Robert changed his selling plan when he realised it would be prudent to do so. He availed himself often to ensure the utmost exposure to as many prospective purchasers as possible. He was in regular contact with us and people whom he recognised as suitable prospects and no doubt offered all the assistance he could so that they could fully appreciate what was on offer. What particularly endeared us to Robert was his often stated “love” for our home. We k
