Home styling and preparation
As discussed we can offer the services of our in-house styling consultant to ensure the best presentation possible. This service is offered at no additional charge.
As part of the Civil Law Act, before a property can be marketed the seller is required to prepare a contract of sale complete with building, pest, compliance and energy rating reports. The buyer reimburses the seller for the cost of the reports in addition to the purchase price at settlement. We can coordinate these reports on your behalf for convenience - if you prefer. My suggested company to conduct these reports is as follows:
